Box Girder Fit-up & Stiffener Welding
Box section fit-up with internal diaphragms and stiffeners positioned and aligned before the final welding passes.
Projects
Infrastructure, industrial plant, commercial buildings and heavy equipment components — fabricated in our Shanghang works and shipped to site, including full-scale trial assembly before dispatch on export packages.
Featured project
Our team fabricated and erected the main span of the pedestrian footbridge on the Jinjiang Jinxin Road rapid upgrade project — an installation carried out over an operating urban road, in a city centre, with the geometry checked at full scale in our own yard before anything left the plant.
This is the kind of job where pre-assembly earns its keep. Interfaces, bolt holes and camber were verified on the ground, so the lift and the fit-up happened once.

Box section fit-up with internal diaphragms and stiffeners positioned and aligned before the final welding passes.

Large welded box sections built to drawing, with controlled welding sequence to hold camber and squareness across the length of the member.

Portal frames, plant structures and support steelwork for a petrochemical facility in Guangdong, fabricated and coated in-house.

Tubular supports and pipe-rack type assemblies, shot blasted and coated to a multi-coat system before dispatch.

Batch production of built-up welded H-sections for an industrial building frame, with repetitive hole patterns for fast site erection.

Large-diameter pipe columns with ring stiffeners, gussets and base plates, fabricated with full material traceability.

Finished and painted tubular members, loaded and secured for road transport with a documented packing list.

A large fabricated steel component for a mining machine, produced from the equipment maker's drawings and finished ready to fit.

Heavy plate weldment, fully fabricated, coated and inspected before dispatch against the customer's inspection plan.

Pre-assembled, coated, marked and racked for container shipment — built to arrive on site ready to erect.

Assembled members staged in the bay before shot blasting, coating and export packing — inspected while still in the works.
Scope of work
The company's registered scope covers a broad range of steel construction — which means an unusual or one-off structure is a normal enquiry rather than a problem.
Road bridges, footbridges, overpass steelwork and public infrastructure structures, fabricated and trial-assembled before delivery.
Heavy and light industrial buildings, process plant structures and long-span roofs — complete framed packages or member supply only.
Multi-storey and high-rise steel frames, including steel–concrete composite structures and demountable or relocatable steel buildings.
Blast furnace structures, conveyor galleries, trestles, pipe racks, supports and other plant steelwork.
Weldments, machine frames and components made to an equipment manufacturer's own drawings, where accuracy outranks tonnage.
Staircases, ladders, platforms, handrails, gratings, fixings and one-off fabrications to drawing.
A note on references. Some of the projects shown on this page were delivered for clients who prefer not to be named publicly. If you need references for a specific type of structure — a bridge, a plant expansion, an export package — ask us during the enquiry and we will tell you what we can provide and, where relevant, arrange a direct conversation under NDA.
