A steel fabrication base built by a construction group
Fujian Genhong Steel Structure Co., Ltd. is the steel structure fabrication arm of a Grade I construction group founded in 2005. Our intelligent assembly-type manufacturing base in Shanghang County, Fujian, has been in production since 2023.
Who we are
Twenty years of building — on a modern fabrication floor
Fujian Genhong Steel Structure Co., Ltd. was established in April 2021 as the dedicated steel structure manufacturing company within the Fujian Tongyuan Construction group — a general contractor and steel structure specialist contractor founded in 2005.
That combination matters when you buy from overseas. You are dealing with a plant that owns and runs its own production floor, not a trading office — and it sits inside a group that has spent two decades erecting the structures it builds. Design review, fabrication, surface treatment, trial assembly, export packing and erection know-how live in the same organisation, which is why interface problems get caught in our yard instead of on your site.
Our base is in the Longxiang area of Shanghang County, Longyan, Fujian — a county long associated with China's construction trade. The intelligent assembly-type steel structure manufacturing base was completed and put into production in 2023 as a Fujian Provincial Key Project, representing a total investment of RMB 210 million.

2005
The group is founded
Fujian Tongyuan Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. is established in Fujian. Over the following years it grows into a Grade I general contractor with a Grade I steel structure specialist contracting qualification, delivering public and private projects across Fujian and beyond.

Genhong is established
Fujian Genhong Steel Structure Co., Ltd. is registered in Shanghang County with RMB 30 million in registered capital, dedicated to the design, fabrication, sale, installation and construction of steel structures — from highway and municipal steel bridges to heavy and light industrial workshops, long-span and multi-storey frames.

2023
The manufacturing base enters production
The 18,804 m² intelligent assembly-type steel structure manufacturing base is completed and put into production as a Fujian Provincial Key Project, with a total investment of around RMB 210 million. Three production lines and more than 40 overhead cranes come on stream.

2024
Infrastructure milestone
Our team fabricates and erects the main span of the pedestrian footbridge on the Jinjiang Jinxin Road rapid upgrade project, Contract Section III (chainage K6+923) — a live city-centre installation completed without closing the road beneath.

Today
Fabricating for export
The company holds import and export rights in its own name. Export consignments are trial-assembled, coated, marked and racked in-house before shipment, so members arrive on site ready to erect.
Inside the works
Every stage of fabrication, under one roof
One 18,804 m² building with a 37.2 m clear span, three production lines and more than 40 overhead travelling cranes. Nothing is subcontracted out, which is why we can give you a date and then hold it.
Assembly & welding
Automated H-beam assembly and fit-up on jigs, welded by qualified welders under submerged arc, gas metal arc, flux-cored and manual arc procedures.
Shot blasting & coating
In-house shot blasting to Sa 2.0 / Sa 2.5, then primer, intermediate and topcoat systems — or hot-dip galvanizing — with thickness recorded.
Trial assembly & packing
Full-scale trial assembly of interfaces and geometry, then marking, bundling and racking for container or breakbulk loading.

Fabrication and installation are carried out within the group's qualified steel structure contracting organisation, which holds the following qualifications and management system certifications.
Copies are available on request, and we welcome third-party audit or factory inspection at any stage — before, during or after production.

About standards and certification. We fabricate to drawings prepared to ASTM/AISC, EN, AS/NZS and JIS criteria, and we can prepare welding procedures to the standard your project specifies. We do not currently claim EN 1090-1 factory production control certification — if your project legally requires CE marking, tell us at enquiry stage and we will confirm plainly whether we can meet it, rather than after you have placed an order.
